AI Work Transformation Pilot

One workflow, one team, deployed AI agents, trained people, measured impact.

Who this is for

  • Indonesian mid-market companies with operational or customer-service workforces.

  • Teams running repetitive, data-heavy processes at meaningful volume.

  • Organizations with an executive sponsor who can approve changes to how the work is done.

  • Leaders who want a measured answer about AI in their own workflow, not a vendor demonstration.

Outcomes

  • A redesigned workflowdocumented end to end, with the AI-augmented steps and the human decision points made explicit.

  • Deployed AI agentsoperating inside the workflow with the team that does the work, under supervision.

  • A trained teamthat can operate, supervise and escalate the new way of working.

  • Measured impactagainst a baseline agreed before we start — including the result when it is not the one hoped for.

  • A scale-or-stop decisionsupported by evidence, with the conditions for scaling written down.

What you get

  • Workflow map of the current process, with volumes, handoffs and failure points.

  • Baseline measurement and an agreed method for measuring the change.

  • Redesigned target workflow, including controls, review steps and escalation paths.

  • One or more AI agents configured, tested and deployed into the workflow.

  • Team enablement sessions and a working guide in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Risk and data-handling notes covering what the agents may and may not do.

  • Final readout with the measured result and a written scale-or-stop recommendation.

Typical timeline

Four to eight weeks, depending on workflow complexity and data readiness.
  1. Weeks 1–2

    Diagnose and baseline

Select the workflow, map it, agree the metric and measure the starting point.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Redesign and build

Redesign the workflow for AI augmentation and configure the agents that support it.

  3. Weeks 4–7

    Deploy and train

Run the new workflow with the real team, with training and supervised operation.

  4. Weeks 6–8

    Measure and decide

Compare against baseline, document what happened, and recommend scale or stop.

Pricing

Three stages, each scoped separately. We tailor the commercial structure after a diagnostic call, once the workflow and the measurable outcome are clear.
Diagnostic
A short, fixed-scope engagement to select the workflow, confirm feasibility and set the baseline. Priced as a fixed fee, and credited against the pilot if you proceed.
Pilot
The 4–8 week engagement described above. Priced as a fixed fee scoped to one workflow and one team, so the cost is known before the work starts.
Scale-up
Extension to further workflows, teams or sites after a pilot has produced evidence. Scoped and priced separately, based on what the pilot showed.

An optional success bonus can be attached to the pilot where a measurable outcome is agreed in advance and both sides accept how it will be verified. We do not publish rate cards, because the right scope depends on the workflow — the diagnostic call exists to establish it.

Risks & assumptions

  • Data access is the usual constrainta pilot needs access to the data behind the workflow. Where that access is limited, scope narrows accordingly.

  • Process ownership matters more than technologywithout a sponsor who can change how the work is done, results stay confined to a demonstration.

  • Adoption is part of the resultagents that a team will not use do not produce impact, so enablement is in scope from the start.

  • Measurement has limitsa pilot measures one workflow over a short window. We report what that can and cannot support as a conclusion.

  • Not every workflow should be automatedwhere the evidence does not support a pilot, we say so rather than proceed.

If a pilot is not a good fit, we will tell you.
