AI Briefing

For companies

From one routine task to an AI tool your team actually uses.

We work in small stages. The first two are free, and each next stage only starts when the previous one shows results.

Five stages, one task

Yellow means free. You can stop at any stage.

  1. 1 · Understand

    AI Briefing

An online session on AI for one routine task, with tracks for sales, finance and production.

    • Free
    • 30 minutes
  2. 2 · Map

    Routine Work Map

You write down one task, and we reply with written notes.

    • Free
    • 15 minutes
  3. 3 · Observe

    Diagnostic session

We walk through that task with your team and mark the parts AI can help with.

    • 2 meetings
    • 1 report
  4. 4 · Try

    Pilot

The tool is built for one team, then the results are measured against the way you worked before.

    • 4 to 8 weeks
    • 1 team
  5. 5 · Run

    Team guidance and maintenance

The working rules are written with your team, then we look after the tool so it stays in use.

    • Monthly

Choose a level

Start with the lightest step, and move up once the results are proven.

The more work a tool takes over, the higher the cost. That is why each new level only opens once the previous one has shown measurable results.

  1. Level 1

    Ready-to-use prompts

Your team uses the AI it already has

    Why
Many teams do not yet know how to give AI instructions that are safe and useful.
    What
A 30-minute AI Briefing and the Prompt Kit with five prompts.
    How
Your team copies a prompt, AI prepares a draft, your people send it.
    You get
Faster drafts from this week, at no cost.
  2. Level 2

    Recommended for you

A drafting tool for one task

    Built for your process

    Why
Copying prompts one by one still takes up your team’s time.
    What
A diagnostic session, then a 4 to 8 week pilot for one task in one team.
    How
The tool prepares drafts from your data; decisions stay with your people.
    You get
The hours returned are measured against the starting figure, not guessed.
  3. Level 3

A tool that runs every day

    Connected, monitored, maintained

    Why
Routine work happens every day, and the tool needs looking after to stay accurate.
    What
Monthly guidance and maintenance after a successful pilot.
    How
The tool connects to WhatsApp or Excel, and we monitor and fix it.
    You get
A monthly report on hours and results against the starting figure.

Work out the hours one task takes.

Fill in your own numbers. We do not guess how much can be saved; that figure is measured during the pilot.

104 hours a month

30 × 4 minutes × 2 people × 26 working days. This is the time spent now, not a promise of savings.

Recommendation: Level 2, start with a diagnostic session.

When we stop

We stop if we find any of these four things, and we tell you.

Better to stop early than build a tool nobody uses.
  1. The data cannot be accessed within four weeks.

  2. Nobody has the authority to change how the work is done.

  3. The volume is too small to measure a change.

  4. Every case turns out to need human judgement.

Start from one real problem.
