Step 04

Workflow Maintenance

A workflow running in real operations needs monitoring and adjustment as the work or the data changes.

Why this step exists

From week four of the pilot, the people operating the workflow are your own. What does not stop on its own is the maintenance: the work changes, the data changes, and the agents need adjusting.

What we do

  • Monitor the agents on a workflow that is already running.

  • Adjust the steps when the work or the data changes.

  • Report against the baseline at agreed intervals.

  • Flag when a step should be handed back to a person.

What is not included. A new workflow is not maintenance. Every new workflow is scoped as its own pilot, with its own baseline and its own decision.
