Step 01
Diagnostic session
One workflow is mapped as it actually runs, a baseline is agreed, and every step is marked: run by an agent, kept human, or not yet clear.
Who this session is for
Organizations that have bought AI tools and have not yet seen the work change.
Teams running repeatable work who want to know which part can genuinely move.
Leaders who need an answer they can defend to a board, not a demonstration.

Report
We do not ask for access to your systems or data for this session. The diagnostic does not need it — and whether that access is possible later is one of the things we conclude here.
What you receive
A workflow map — one page, as the work actually runs — not as it is supposed to.
A step table — every step with who runs it, how long it takes, its volume, its mark, and the one-sentence reason behind that mark.
A baseline sheet — the measures, how each is taken, its source, and who records it — so it can be re-measured in exactly the same way.
A recommendation — continue, do not, or not yet — with the conditions that would change it.
What cannot be concluded — the limits of a session this short, stated openly.
When we say do not
The data needed cannot be reached within four weeks — a pilot waiting on access is not a pilot, it is a queue.
Nobody has the authority to change how the work is done — without that, the result stays a demonstration.
The volume is too small to measure a change — at a few cases a month, any difference disappears into ordinary variation.
The step turns out to need judgement in every case — this is the answer “all of them still need a person”, and we will say it.
Arrive with a filled-in one-process map and the session opens on the map rather than on introductions. One-process map
Fee
Rp 12,000,000. Fixed scope, and credited in full against the pilot if you continue — so the only people who really pay it are the ones who decide to stop here. It is the one step whose figure we publish; for the steps after it the scope depends on your workflow, and this session is what establishes it.
We invoice only once we have agreed that your workflow meets the conditions above. If it does not, we say so before there is an invoice — not after.
50% to book the dates, 50% before the report is released.
