The story
Indonesia has talent. The AI economy needs builders, not just users. There's a gap between what's possible and what's adopted — between job seekers anxious about AI replacing them and businesses still figuring out where AI fits.
Handeliv works in that gap. We build AI services for businesses ready to ship, training to help teams stay relevant, and products for people navigating economic change.
We're independent and we plan to stay that way. No VC pressure means no overpromising. We work selectively, ship carefully, and stay close to the people we serve.
The founder
Founder & Operator
Indonesian by birth. Swedish permanent resident by life. I split my time between Surabaya and Linköping, which keeps me close to two perspectives that rarely sit at the same table — Southeast Asian markets and Northern European builders.
Before Handeliv, I built KerjaAI to help Indonesian professionals navigate AI-driven job search. It's now live at kerjaai.id and shapes how Handeliv thinks about useful AI products.
I work as a solo founder by design, with AI assistance as my multiplier. This means selective client intake, careful work, and long-term thinking.
Entity details
We name what we do and what we don't. We say 'AI for HR' instead of 'AI for everything'.
We're betting on 20-year relevance, not 6-month trends. The hype cycle is loud, but compound thinking is louder over time.
